Cortlandt man charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated

Peekskill, New York – On June 25, 2017, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Sean M. Culleton, age 34, of Cortlandt, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Class E Felony.
Troopers stopped Culleton on Route 9 for speeding. A subsequent investigation revealed that he was intoxicated at the time of the stop. Culleton was charged with felony DWI when a criminal history revealed a previous DWI related conviction from 2012.
Culleton was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear in the City of Peekskill Court on July 6, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
