Two Ulster County residents arrested for Falsifying Business Records 1st and Petit Larceny

The New York State Police at Ellenville announce the arrest of Ivan Santana, a 34 year old man from Napanoch, NY and Angela Diaz, a 21 year old female from Kingston, NY for Falsifying Business Records 1st, a Felony and Petit Larceny, a Misdemeanor.
On March 11, 2015 Members of SP Ellenville responded to the Walmart in Napanoch, NY for a petit larceny investigation.
Further investigation revealed Ivan Santana and Angela Diaz went into the Walmart in Napanoch and stole items matching what they had on an old Walmart receipt from another store. Then they went to customer service and completed a return, creating a fraudulent transaction. Ivan Santana and Angela Diaz were arrested for Falsifying Business Records 1st and Petit Larceny.
Ivan Santana and Angela Diaz were processed at SP Ellenville and issued a appearance ticket’s returnable to the Town of Wawarsing Court on March 20, 2015 at 8:30 a.m.
