Arrest:
Deputies from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office Report the arrest of Barbara A. Pellchio, 52 years old of Brigham Lane Town of Ulster, NY.
Mrs. Pellchio was charged with the Misdemeanor of Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree.
On March 11th, 2015 at approximately 1:40pm deputies responded to Brigham Lane in the Town of Ulster following a 911 for a domestic at the location. Through investigation, deputies discovered that Mrs. Pellchio had prevented a male subject at that location from placing a 911 telephone call by unplugging the phone lines inside the residence.
Mrs. Pellchio was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office Zone 3 substation for processing. She was arraigned in the Town of Ulster Court and released on her own recognizance to reappear on a later date.
Deputies were assisted on the scene by NYSP Kingston and the Town of Ulster Police Department.
