Coxsackie man arrested for numerous drug charges

PRESS RELEASE
March 10, 2015 – Troopers received a report of a domestic incident on Stacey Rd in the Town of Coxsackie. While interviewing the parties of the domestic they received information which led to Troopers locating marijuana totaling over 1 pound within the residence, concentrated cannabis, and diverted pills.
Alexander Mazariego 17, of Coxsackie, was charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana 2nd (D Felony), 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (A Misdemeanor), Endangering the Welfare of a Child (A Misdemeanor). Mazariego was processed at SP Catskill and brought before Town Justice Fori in the Town of Coxsackie Court and remanded to Greene County Jail on $5,000 Cash Bail or $10,000 Secured Bond.
