Kinderhook Burglar Caught on Surveillance

At approximately 8:30pm on April 27^th, 2017, Troopers from the Kinderhook and Livingston barracks of Troop K responded to a 911 call for a burglary in progress at 47 Eichybush Rd, Village of Kinderhook.

The homeowners were notified of an alarm activation at the residence and notified 911. Through investigation it was determined that the suspect was caught on surveillance burglarizing the home.

On April 28^th, 2017 the suspect, Peter C. Greene of Stuyvesant, was arrested by the SP Livingston Bureau of Criminal Investigation and charged with Burglary 2^nd, a C Felony. He was arraigned in the Town of Stuyvesant Court in front of the Hon. Judge Carrie O’Hare and posted $500.00 bail.
