PRESS RELEASE
The New York State Police announce the arrests of Justin Greenfield, age 27, and Alyssa M Lavalle, age 20, both residing in the Town of Wallkill. Mr. Greenfield and Ms. Lavalle were charged with Burglary 1st Degree(Class B Felony), Robbery 1st Degree(Class B Felony), Criminal Possession of Marihuana 2nd Degree(Class D Felony), and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree(Class A Misdemeanor).
The investigation which was conducted by the New York State Police in conjunction with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and the Town of Cornwall Police Department, revealed that on the evening of March 9th, 2015 both Mr. Greenfield and Ms. Lavalle invaded the residence of a Cornwall Man, assaulted him at gun point, and stole his property.
Mr. Greenfield and Ms. Lavalle were arraigned by Town of Cornwall Justice L Beesecker. Both were remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of bail. Ms. Lavalle’s bail was set at $5000 and Mr. Greenfield’s bail was set at $10,000.
