State Police Monroe are investigating a fatal car crash in The Town of Tuxedo
The New York State Police in Monroe are investigating a one car fatal motor vehicle accident which occurred on Saturday April 22, 2017 at approximately 11:22 p.m. on South Gate Road in the Town of Tuxedo. INGRID A. WARREN, age 79 of Tuxedo Park, NY, was traveling southbound on South Gate Road in a Lexus RX350 when her vehicle exited the roadway and struck multiple trees. WARREN was extricated from the vehicle by Town of Tuxedo Fire Department personnel and airlifted to Westchester Medical Center where she succumbed to her injuries on April 24, 2017. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
