Dutchess County Residents Issue Open Invitation to

Representative John Faso (R-NY) to Attend Public Town Hall

According to a press release residents will be holding a peaceful gathering outside of Outside of O’Connor’s Public House, 6 Broad Street in Pawling to issue a formal invitation to Representative John Faso to attend public town hall in Dutchess County this Friday.

Representative Fasso has angered many district residents by avoiding public meetings with his constituents.

Press Release:

What:       Peaceful gathering outside fundraiser.

About:       Residents will issue a formal invitation to Representative Faso to attend public town hall in Dutchess County.

When:      Friday, April 21, 6:00 – 8:00 pm

Where:     Outside O’Connor’s Public House, 6 Broad Street, Pawling, NY 12564

Why:         Representatives across the nation are now meeting with their constituents, yet Representative John Faso continues to call open town hall meetings “unproductive.”  On Friday night, while Representative Faso meets with donors paying $1500 to sit at his table, Dutchess County residents will be gathering outside to ask why their representative is avoiding them when billions of dollars of healthcare and budget cuts are on the line.
