Putnam Valley man charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs

PRESS RELEASE

Greenburgh, New York – On March 9, 2015, New York State Police from the Hawthorne barracks arrested Michael F. Savino, 30 years old, of Putnam Valley, New York, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers conducted a welfare check on Savino after locating the vehicle he was operating stopped in the right lane of the Sprain Brook Parkway. While conducting an interview of Savino, Troopers observed clues that indicated he was under the influence of drugs.

Savino was issued appearance tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Greenburgh Court, on March 19, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.
