Town of Lloyd Police reports the arrest of the following:
Justin J. Brooks age: 37
Marlborough, NY
Brooks was arrested on March 18th on an arrest warrant for Burglary 3rd degree and Petit Larceny. He was arraigned before Judge Rizzo and was remanded to Ulster County Jail without bail. He is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on March 22, 2017.
Philip G. Canino age: 36
Highland, NY
Canino was arrested on March 14th and charged with Criminal Mischief 4th degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child after being involved in a domestic dispute. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on March 30, 2017.
Marquise F. Pellot age: 29
Woodstock, NY
Pellot was arrested on March 13th on a bench warrant for Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3rd . He was arraigned before Judge Rizzo and was released after paying his outstanding fine.
Kingston, NY
A twenty year old female was arrested on March 18th and charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after being stopped on SR 299 for traffic violations. She was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 4, 2017.
Marisol Santana age: 40
Highland, NY
Santana was arrested on March 19th on a bench warrant for Criminal Mischief 4th degree and Harassment 2nd degree originating from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office. She was subsequently turned over to the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office on the Warrant.
Kenneth Maher Age: 56
Highland, NY
Maher was arrested on March 20th and charged with Trespassing. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 13, 2017.
