The Putnam County Sheriff’s Department is attempting to locate a person reported missing from the Town of Putnam Valley: Carmen Lydia Roman (DOB 07/23/1950). She is 5’2” tall, weighs 180 to 200 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. She has a noticeable horizontal scar across her forehead. She was last seen wearing a black knee length wool coat and a black skirt below the knee in length. She may be carrying a bright pink “Hello Kitty” suitcase. She may be wearing an open-toe shoe on the left foot and a black closed-toe shoe on the right foot. She walks with the aid of a black and red aluminum walker. She was last seen on Friday morning 03/06/2015 at about 10:30AM in southwest Yonkers.
