State Police Liberty Traffic Stop Leads to Drug and Driving Under the Influence Charges

On Wednesday March 4, 2015 Liberty Troopers conducted a traffic stop in Monticello which leads to drug and Driving Under the Influence charges.

Liberty Troopers conducted a traffic stop on Wednesday night in the Village of Monticello. Upon investigation, the operator, Fran Gorr, of Neversink, was found to be in possession of narcotics and driving under of the influence of those narcotics. Gorr was arrested and transported to SP Liberty. Gorr was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 7th, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. Gorr is due to appear in Village of Monticello Court at a later date.
