Msgr. was former Pastor of Our Lady of Victory hurch, Mt. Vernon and St. Anthony’s, Pine Plains and was a long time parish priest at Sts. Peter & Paul Church, Mt. Vernon and St. Peter’s, Haverstraw. Calling hours at the Fred H. McGrath & Son, Funeral Home, Bronxville, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm, Wednesday and at Sts. Peter & Paul Church, on Thursday 2 to 5, followed by Mass of the Holy Eucharist at 5 pm. Mass of Christian Burial Sts. Peter & Paul Church, on Friday February 17 at 10:30 am.
