- Customer Service: Respond to all customer telephone inquiries. Take customer requests and convert to “orders” for company. Act as intermediary between customer and internal functions of sales, estimating, purchasing, engineering, etc. Maintain responsibility for reviewing, accepting, documenting and following the efficient handling of selected purchase orders/contracts.
- Receptionist: Manage switchboard, direct all calls, receive visitors and support customer service.
