State Police in Wappinger arrest Beacon man following physical dispute

PRESS RELEASE

On January 14, 2017, the New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Terrence J. Brennan, age 22, of Beacon, New York, for Menacing in the Second Degree, Assault in the Third Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree, all Class Misdemeanors.

An investigation revealed that on January 13, 2017, Terrence Brennan assaulted an acquaintance, causing minor injuries. During the altercation, Brennan threatened the victim with metal knuckles.

Brennan was issued an Appearance Ticket returnable to the Village of Nelsonville Court on January 25, 2017, at 7:00 PM.
