4th Annual New York Sporting Clay Shoot honors service members nationwide

Dover Plains, NY – Hope For The Warriors® is excited to announce the 4th Annual New York Sporting Clay Shoot to be held at Beretta Shooting Grounds (Dover Furnace) in Dover Plains, New York on May 15, 2015. All proceeds from the event will benefit Hope For The Warriors®, a national nonprofit dedicated to restoring a sense of self, restoring the family unit, and restoring hope for our service members and our military families.

The event will honor our nation’s heroes through a day of clay shooting at Beretta Shooting Grounds (Dover Furnace). The 2000 acre facility will be enjoyed by service members and benefit their road to recovery through the opportunity to gain new skills with fellow veterans. There will also be a lunch and raffle for those attending. Through sports and recreation events like the New York Sporting Clay Shoot, Hope For The Warriors® builds a community that embraces the warrior athlete, supporting their rehabilitation and mental health.

“We are so excited to see this event grow each year with great supporters,” said Erin Thompson, Senior Director of Community & Military Relations with Hope For The Warriors®. “This rehabilitative opportunity is very important to service members in the New York Hope For The Warriors® community and we’re very grateful for everyone’s involvement.”
