State Police Wurtsboro Accident Investigation Leads to Felony DWI Arrest

On Monday March 2, 2015 Wurtsboro Troopers responded to a one car accident and arrested the operator for Felony Driving While Intoxicated.
Wurtsboro Troopers responded to a one car motor vehicle accident on Monday evening. Upon interview of the operator, Larry Wiackley, of Wurtsboro, it was determined that he was intoxicated. Wiackley was arrested and transported to SP Wurtsboro. Wiackley was charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated for having his second offense within the last ten years. Wiackley was arraigned in Town of Mamakating Court and remanded to Sullivan county Jail.
