Multi Agency Collaboration Yields Large Number of Warrant Arrests

The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office coordinated a multi-agency effort in apprehending people with outstanding warrants in Dutchess County over the past month. 

 

Collaborating with the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office was the New York State Police, City of Poughkeepsie Police, City of Beacon Police, Town of Poughkeepsie Police, Town of Hyde Park Police, Town of Fishkill Police, Orange County Sheriff’s Office, and the Dutchess County Office of Probation and Community Corrections.

In total, Thirty-three arrests were made for outstanding warrants with open charges ranging from Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance to Driving While Intoxicated.

Raul Barbecho-Sinchi – Felony DWI – Town of Poughkeepsie Court
David Day – Grand Larceny and Forgery – Dutchess County Court
Donald Galloway – Criminal Impersonation – Hyde Park Court
Keith Geter  – Crim. Poss. of a Controlled Sub. 3rd – City of Poughkeepsie Court
John Kavrik – Criminal Obstruction of Breathing – City of Beacon Court
Jeffery McEntee – Forgery, Crim. Poss. Stolen Property – Town of Poughkeepsie Court
Enrique Sanchez –  Assault  2  – City of Poughkeepsie Court

All arrestees were processed at the agency of jurisdiction.  The subjects were then remanded to jail, or released (with or without bail) by the local magistrate.
