Hudson man charged with burglarizing Livingston business

PRESS RELEASE

Livingston, New York – On February 24, 2015, New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Livingston barracks charged Martin Rollins, 26 years old, of Hudson, New York, with Burglary 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony.

In October of 2014, Troopers were dispatched to Traditions Linen located on State Route 9 in the Town of Livingston for a reported burglary. The manager of the business reported that someone had unlawfully entered the building overnight.

Subsequent to a lengthy investigation, Rollins was identified as a suspect through DNA evidence that was recovered from the scene. Rollins was located and charged with burglarizing the business.

Rollins was arraigned before the Town of Livingston Justice Court and remanded to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
