Ellenville, NY man arrested for DWI with BAC more than 2 times the legal limit

PRESS RELEASE
Guilderland, NY – On June 29, 2016, at approximately 8:35 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 at Exit 25 for multiple traffic violations. The driver of the vehicle, Andrew J. Hyatt, 26, of Ellenville, NY, was found to be intoxicated. He was transported and processed at SP Albany, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.22%. He was subsequently charged with:
- Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; a Misdemeanor
- Multiple Vehicle and Traffic Violations
Hyatt was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Guilderland Court on July 7, 2016 at 5:30 p.m.
