*1. APPROVE THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION FOR CSE RECOMMENDATIONS:

Upon the determination after review by the Dover District committee on Special Education and with parental notification and consent, students shall be placed in Special Education programs, as outlined in Attachment: #022415-01.

Names of students are on file in Office of Special Education; however, in accordance with Provisions of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1976, as amended, the Dover Union Free School District shall maintain the confidentiality of pupil records.

*2. NOMINATE A MAXIMUM OF THREE (3) INDIVIDUALS TO RUN FOR (3) THREE-YEAR TERMS on the Dutchess County BOCES Board of Education. (Attachment #022415-02)

*3. APPROVE PROPERTY TAX LEVY LIMIT to be filed with the office of the State Comptroller by March 1, 2015 in the amount of $117,147.47 at a rate increase of .65%. (Attachment #022415-03)

*4. APPROVE A FIELD TRIP REQUEST for the MS/HS Band (approximately 200 students in grades 7-12) to march in the New York City St. Patrick’s Day Parade on March 17, 2015. Transportation by JTR Bus Co. will be paid by the Music Boosters.
