PRESS RELEASE
The New York State Police in Kingston report the arrest of EMMETT J COONROD IV, age 44 of Lake Katrine, N.Y. for Criminal Contempt 1st (Class E Felony) and Harassment 2nd (Violation).
COONROD was arrested subsequent to a domestic dispute where he violated a previous order of protection.
COONROD was arraigned before the Town of Ulster Court, Justice Kesick and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 property bond.
