OSWEGO, NY (06/06/2016)– Several area students at SUNY Oswego achieved Deans’ List recognition for earning a grade point average of 3.3 to 3.79 in spring 2016.
Allison J. Wagner of Amenia, a junior majoring in sociology
Sean Z. Brancato of Patterson, a sophomore majoring in public justice
Matthew Cancel of Poughquag, a senior majoring in communication and social interaction
John C. Ashley of Stormville, a senior majoring in public justice
Oswego students earning a GPA of 3.8 to 4.0 were recognized on the college’s President’s List.
Admission to SUNY Oswego is competitive. U.S. News Media Group counts SUNY Oswego among the top public regional universities in the North for 2016, and the Princeton Review includes Oswego in its 2016 college guidebook “The Best Northeastern Colleges” and in its national list of “Green Colleges.”
