State Police arrest Albany man for numerous drug charges

On 04/24/16, The New York State Police at Catskill arrested DWYANE L. BYRAMS, age 31, of Albany, NY for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th Degree, a class C felony and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a Violation.
BYRAMS, who was operating a vehicle on CR 23B, was arrested after being stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation in the Town of Catskill. ?During the stop, BYRAMS was found in possession of approximately 3.5 grams cocaine and 2 grams of marijuana.
BYRAMS was arraigned in the Town of Catskill Town Court before Hon. Rick Jacobs who remanded BYRAMS to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 secured bond. To return to the Town of Catskill Town Court on 04/28/16 at 3:00 p.m.
