Chester Resident Arrested for Possessing Stolen Property

PRESS RELEASE

The New York State Police at Monroe announce the arrest of Adison MARCIANO, age 19 of  Chester, NY for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree, a Class E Felony. A report was filed by a local resident from the Town of Blooming Grove in December of 2015 that their All Terrain Vehicle was stolen from their property. After a lengthy investigation, State Police members from the Monroe Barracks facilitated the sale of the stolen ATV after the complainant viewed it on a local website. The State Police members subsequently located the stolen ATV and charged MARCIANO with possession of the stolen property. MARCIANO was released on his own recognizance to reappear in the Town of Chester Court on April 26th at 6pm.
