State Police arrest Fleischmanns man for felony criminal mischief

On 04/01/16, the New York State Police in Hunter, NY arrested TIMOTHY M. JOHNSMEYER JR, age 29 of Fleischmanns, NY for Criminal Mischief 2^nd Degree, a class D Felony.  A complaint was made alleging  that on 03/25/16, JOHNSMEYER did use his vehicle to intentionally cause extensive damage to the lawn and leach field of a private residence in the Town of Halcott.  JOHNSMEYER was arraigned before the Town of Hunter court and released after posting $500 cash bail.
