State Police arrest Wallkill man for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing

On March 9, 2016, the State Police at Ellenville announce the arrest of Robert J. McMann, age 43, of Wallkill NY for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, a Misdemeanor.
On February 15, 2016 State Police at Ellenville were notified of an altercation that occurred in the Town of Shawangunk Highway Department. An inestigation by State Police reveakled that McMann placed his arm around the victim’s neck preventing him from breathing before the altercation was terminated by other co-workers.
McMann was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and issued an Appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Shawangunk Court on March 14, 2016 at 7:00pm.
