Danbury man arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated following traffic stop

Southeast, New York – On January 22, 2016, New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested Manuel Sanango, 33 years old, of Danbury, Connecticut, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Sanango was stopped on Danbury Road for failing to maintain his designated lane of travel.  Following an investigation conducted by the arresting officer, he arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.

Sanango supplied a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of 19%, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication.  Sanango was scheduled to appear in the Town of Southeast Court on January 26, 2016 at 6:00 p.m.
