State Police Arrest Roscoe Man for Assault

PRESS RELEASE

On February 17, 2015 State Police at Liberty responded to a report of an assault that occurred on Church St in Roscoe. An investigation revealed that Jeremy Davis, age 23 of Roscoe had become involved in a dispute with a neighbor. During the dispute, Davis assaulted the neighbor with a small piece of lumber causing lacerations to their face.

Davis was charged with Assault 2nd Degree, a felony and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree, a misdemeanor. Davis was arraigned in the Town of Rockland Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $7500 cash bail.
