PRESS RELEASE
On February 16, 2015 the New York State Police at Ellenville arrested Roger F. Whispell, age 47, of Accord, NY for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, a Misdemeanor and Harassment 2nd, a Violation.
State Police responded to a County 911 poll for a domestic dispute at a private residence in Accord, NY. Investigation revealed that Whispell pushed the victim to the floor and obstructed their breathing with his forearm.
Whispell was arraigned in the Town of Marbletown Court before Town Justice Mark Glick and was remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $5000.00 cash bail or $10,000.00 secured bond. Whispell is scheduled to return in the Town of Rochester Court on February 18, 2015 at 6:00pm.
