Brewster man charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated

Brewster, New York – On January 2, 2016, New York State Police from the Brewster station arrested 21-year-old Christian Cordon-Rodriguez, of Brewster, New York, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers assisted the Village of Brewster Police Department with a traffic stop on North Main Street in the Village of Brewster.  Cordon-Rodriguez, the driver of the vehicle, was found to be intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Cordon-Rodriguez supplied a positive breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .29%, more than three times the legal limit of intoxication.  The defendant was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Village of Brewster Court on January 25, 2016.
