Newburgh Man arrested for Grand Larceny

The New York State Police announce the arrest of Charles L Patterson, age 29, of Newburgh, New York. Mr. Patterson was charged with Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree, a Class “D” Felony and Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st Degree, a Class “E” Felony.
Investigation by the New York State Police in conjunction with the New York State Department of Labor revealed that Mr. Patterson received $3,945.75 in New York State Unemployment Benefits while being gainfully employed.
Mr. Patterson will return in the City of Newburgh Court on February 18th, 2015, at 8:30A.M.
