Bronx man arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child

The New York State Police – Catskill BCI announce the arrest of 60 year old, Robert O’Brien, of the Bronx, NY, for Endangering the Welfare of a Child (a class A Misdemeanor).

It is alleged that O’Brien, in July of 2015, was in the Town of Durham where he attempted to have sexual contact with an 8 year old male.

O’Brien was arraigned in the Town of Greenville Court and was subsequently remanded to the Greene County Jail without bail until his next court appearance.
