State Police arrest Cortlandt man for Driving While Intoxicated

Cortlandt, New York – On November 1, 2015, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Matthew T. Cuomo, 28 years old, of Cortlandt, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers stopped Cuomo on Lexington Avenue for failing to utilize a directional signal.  Following an investigation conducted by the State Police, Cuomo was found to be intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Cuomo provided a positive breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content
of .16%, two times the legal limit of intoxication.  The defendant was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Court on
November 9, 2015.
