Coxsackie man arrested for drug sales

PRESS RELEASE

State Police at Catskill arrested James Marrott 25 years old of Mansion Street Coxsackie NY for 2 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree a Class B Felony. Marrott was indicted by a Greene County Grand Jury following a month long investigation into the sale of Crack Cocaine in the Towns of Coxsackie and New Baltimore. The investigation was conducted by State Police Catskill, the Greene County District Attorneys Office with assistance from the Greene County Sheriffs Office and Greene County Probation Department. Marrott was processed and arraigned before Greene County Court Judge Charles Tailuer and remanded to the Greene County Jail without bail.
