WEBUTUCK 5TH GRADER, ADRYANNA SELFRIDGE WINS POUGHKEEPSIE JOURNAL SCARY STORIES CONTEST 2015
Darrin Butland, fifth grade teacher, had two students recognized for their Scary Stories in The Poughkeepsie Journal 2015 Scary Story Contest. Adryanna Selfridge won for Grades 4-5 with her story entitled, “Jack-O-Lantern.” Also, Jack Forbes received an Honorable Mention for his tale, “Nightmares.” Mr. Butland is extremely proud of both of them for their efforts as well as all of his students who entered the contest.
