On February 11, 2015 the New York State Police in Kingston announce the arrest of Eric E. Barnard, age 40, of Kingston, NY as being a fugitive from justice from the State of Virginia.

On February 11, 2015, the New York State Police and the Fairfax County Virginia Police Department executed a search warrant at 51 Clinton Ave, Kingston, NY. Eric E.
