Hillsdale woman arrested following domestic dispute

Hillsdale, New York – On September 14, 2015, New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Livingston Barracks arrested Britney L. Williams, 25 years old, of Hillsdale, New York, for Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree, a Class D Felony.
On September 6, 2015, Troopers were dispatched by Columbia County 911 to investigate a domestic incident. Following an investigation conducted by responding officers, it was discovered that Williams scratched and dented the victim’s vehicle, causing in excess of $3,400 worth of damage.
Williams was arraigned in the Town of Hillsdale Court and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to re-appear in Hillsdale Court on October 21, 2015.
