Poughkeepsie man charged with drug possession following traffic stop

East Fishkill, New York – On February 8, 2015, New York State Police from the Stormville barracks arrested Christian E. Dalley, 36 years old, of Poughkeepsie, New York, for two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers stopped the vehicle Dalley was operating on the Taconic State Parkway for speeding. While interviewing Dalley, Troopers discovered that his New York State driving privileges were suspended. Dalley was charged after it was discovered that he unlawfully possessed Cocaine and Alprozolam.
Dalley was issued traffic tickets and appearance tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of East Fishkill Court on February 11, 2015.
