- Customer Service: Respond to all customer telephone inquiries. Take customer requests and convert to “orders” for company. Act as intermediary between customer and internal functions of sales, estimating, purchasing, engineering, etc. Maintain responsibility for reviewing, accepting, documenting and following the efficient handling of selected purchase orders/contracts.
- Sample Room Fabricator: Experienced person in woodworking who is skilled in the use of power tools including, drill press, shear, radial arm, table saws and punch press to fabricate orders for our customers. Excellent math skills to include weights & measurements to 1/16th inch.
- Draftsperson: Produce fabrication drawings for use in manufacturing, and drawings that detail job requirements for customer approval. Work with Sales Reps/Customers; must be able to do take-offs, pricing and contract releases. Proficient in Auto CAD release 2012 or higher, working knowledge of blueprint reading word processor, database and spreadsheet capabilities.
- Order Entry Specialist: Enter all orders into computer, add new customers and update existing, verify pricing and tax on all orders. Process credit cards and calculate freight charges work with credit department for approval and release of orders.
