Stephentown man charged with Driving While Intoxicated

New Lebanon, New York – On February 10, 2015, New York State Police from the New Lebanon barracks arrested Paul A. Sykes Jr., 60 years old, of Stephentown, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Sykes was operating a 2004 Mitsubishi stopped by police for failing to maintain its lane of travel. While interviewing Sykes, Troopers observed clues that indicated he was intoxicated.
Sykes provided a breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .09% and was issued traffic tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of New Lebanon Court on February 19, 2015.
