Peekskill man charged with Driving While Intoxicated

PRESS RELEASE

Peekskill, New York – On August 15, 2015, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Milton A. Patino, 39 years old, of Peekskill, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers stopped Patino for failing to use a turn signal and for failing to maintain his designated lane of travel. Patino was found to be intoxicated at the time of the stop and placed under arrest.

Patino supplied police with a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .16%, two time the legal limit of intoxication.  He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the City of Peekskill Court on September 3, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.
