2015 ROE JAN RAMBLE BIKE TOUR – SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 19

Registration is now open for the Third Annual Roe Jan Ramble which is scheduled for Saturday September 19.  Again this year the Ride is free to all riders and is sponsored by the Towns of Copake, Ancram and Hillsdale.  The riders have the choice of four different rides- a ten mile ride, a 25 mile ride, a 35 mile ride and a 50 mile ride.

Riders have the option of creating a webpage and raising funds.  This year as last, the Roe Jan Ramble Committee, chaired by Jon Strom, has elected to raise funds for the Copake to Hillsdale extension of the Harlem Valley Rail Trail.

All riders 18 and over  may sign up by going to https://www.firstgiving.com/hvrta/2015-roe-jan-ramble-bike-tour  Riders who are less than 18 years old  as of the date they register must submit a printed registration form with the actual signature of either a parent or guardian.  To print out the form go to:R J RAMBLE 2015 REGISTRATION FORM  These forms may also be obtained from the Town Clerk.  Once completed the form should be mailed or hand delivered to:  Town of Copake, Attn: Copake Hamlet Revitalization Taskforce, Copake Town Hall,  230 Mountain View Rd., Copake, NY 12516

Adult riders who do not wish to register online may also turn in the printed Registration Form.

The RJ Ramble Committee has members from all three towns.  The Copake members are members of the BikeCopake team, which is a subcommittee of the Copake Hamlet Revitalization Task Force.

All riders who register online or with a printed form by August 28 will receive a free tee-shirt.
