Norman McGrath is making a visual record of the Brine Garden in its 25th year. Norman is an acclaimed architectural photographer whose archive of images has been acquired by the Library of Congress. He’s the author of the definitive book on architectural photography, Photographing Buildings Inside and Out.

The Connecticut Horticultural Society and the Garden Clubs of Connecticut will tour the Brine Garden this year. These esteemed clubs are dedicated to encouraging and improving the practice of gardening and the dissemination of horticultural information to their members and the public.
The Brine Garden Draws an Art School class to enjoy a plein air session in July. Teenagers, ages 14-19, from the Art Institute of Mill Street Loft will use the Brine Garden as their outdoor studio.
Duncan Brine Returns to Speak in the Hamptons. A few years ago, Duncan spoke at the Peconic Land Trust’s Bridge Gardens. Now, the Horticultural Alliance of the Hamptons (HAH) has invited Duncan to join their experts’ lecture series in February of 2016.
