Alec Soth, Magnum Photographer, on Exhibit at the Warner Gallery at Millbrook School

Millbrook, NY — May 15th to June 20th

“Somewhere Between Polite Society and the Wilderness” will be on display this spring at the Warner Gallery, Millbrook School, in Millbrook, New York. The exhibit will showcase Alec Soth’s photography and various Dispatches published by Little Brown Mushroom Press. Soth is an award winning Magnum Photographer who in his words, “tries to capture the authenticity of the everyday.”

Millbrook School’s Art History class curated the exhibit, “somewhere Between Polite Society and the Wilderness”. The gallery will feature images from Soth’s Sleeping by the Mississippi, Niagara, Broken Manual, Looking for Love, and The Last Days of W. The dates for this show are May 15 through June 20, 2015.

Alec Soth lives and works in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
