Dover Kindergarten Registration and Screening

Children turning 5 on or before December 1, 2015 are eligible to register for Kindergarten for the 2015-16 school year.

Registration will be held in the Wingdale Elementary School gym between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Monday, April 13: Last names beginning with letters A through E

Tuesday, April 14: Last names beginning with letters F through J

Wednesday, April 15: Last names beginning with letters K through O

Thursday, April 16: Last names beginning with letters P through T

Friday, April 17: Last names beginning with letters U through Z

Please bring your child and the following items for registration:

1. Proof of Age: Original birth certificate or passport.

2. A copy of your child’s immunization record. This is mandatory before your child enters school. The following immunizations should be recorded: 3 D.P.T., 3 IPV, 2 MMR, 3 Hep B, 1 Varicella (Chicken Pox Vaccine), 4 HIB

3. A copy of the child’s physical (from January 1, 2015- present).

4. Proof of Residence: 2 consecutive phone bills, electric bills, a copy of a signed lease or signed letter from landlord stating address of rental. (Post Office Boxes are not accepted as a permanent address).
