Samuel Del Cid Hernandez
Hernandez was arraigned in the Village of Monroe Court and remanded to Orange County Jail without bail. He has a return date of October 19, 2018 at 3 p.m.

The New York State Police, Monroe barracks, announce the arrest of Samuel Del Cid Hernandez, age 31, from Monroe, NY. At approximately 3:00 am, the Village of Monroe Police Department responded to 20 Lake Street for a report of a deceased male with multiple stab wounds. The victim has been identified as Louis Rivera, age 25, from Monroe, NY. Del Cid Hernandez was arrested and charged with Murder Second Degree. The investigation is ongoing.
