APPLICATION OF JEAN-YVES NOBLET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF PATTERSON of a public hearing to be held on to consider the application of Jean-Yves Noblet for a variance from Article VIII of the Town of Patterson Subdivision Regulations for property located at 90-94 McManus Road South (Tax Map No. 23.-2-29.2)
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 138-53 of the Patterson Town Code, the Town Board of the Town of Patterson, New York will hold said public hearing on the aforesaid requested variance at the Town Offices, 1142 Route 311, Patterson, Putnam County, New York on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the evening of that day, or as soon thereafter as may be held, at which time all persons interested therein shall be heard. The Town Board will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Town Clerk.
