State Police investigated serious injury collision on Route 9G in Livingston

PRESS RELEASE
Livingston, New York – On September 10, 2018, the New York State Police investigated a serious personal injury motor vehicle collision on State Route 9G near Oak Hill Road in the town of Livingston.

Initial investigation suggests at approximately 5:45 a.m., a 1998 Honda Accord operated by Nathaniel M. McCagg, age 24, of Germantown, NY, was southbound on State Route 9G.  McCagg failed to maintain his lane of travel, and struck a 2016 Subaru Forester operated by Vincent F. Miller, age 67, with Debbie Miller, age 67, both of Germantown, as a passenger.  All three subjects were transported to Albany Medical Center.  Both McCagg and Debbie Miller were listed in serious condition.

Livingston Fire Department, Northern Dutchess Paramedics, Catskill EMS, and Greenport EMS also responded to the scene.
