PRESS RELEASE
On August 2, 2018 The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation at Livingston, Troop K Computer Crimes Unit, Troop K Major Crimes, NYSP ICAC, in cooperation with Columbia County District Attorney Paul Czajka’s Office executed a Search Warrant at Paul D. Drumm’s residence in Stuyvesant.
Drumm was found to be in possession of a significant amount of Child Pornography.
The investigation commenced following a tip to the ICAC ‘Internet Crimes Against Children’. The investigation is continuing.
Drumm has been charged with one count of Possession of Child Pornography, a Class E felony. He was arraigned in the Town of Stuyvesant Court and remanded to the Columbia County Jail in Lieu of $5000 cash bail / $10,000 bond. He is due back in court on August 8 at 6:00 pm.
